Peds Pearls, Summer Goals, and Med School App Help | Weekly Newsletter

Hi Reader - I hope you are having a Sunday full of rest and relaxation. This week, I’m diving into my summer plans, sharing pediatrics clerkship tips, and sharing some application cycle resources!

What's New with You?

IT'S FINALLY SUMMER!! Usually, you hear that the summer after MS1 is your only ~real~ summer of medical school. But with my school's weird curriculum, I grinded straight through the summer after MS1 and MS2, but I get a WHOLE month to myself this summer!

I hopped on a flight home to SC once I finished my Pediatrics Sub-I, and I have been spending this week hanging out with my family and my dogs, binging Netflix, and reading.

Even though I am on a break from rotations, I have two research projects I am working on, and apparently, it is already time to apply for residency? The grind never stops, but make sure to subscribe, so you don't miss all the updates!

- Morgan :)
