Family Reunion + Step 1 Pathology Resource | Weekly Newsletter

Hi Reader - I hope you're having a restful Sunday! This week, I’m reflecting on my family reunion and sharing another USMLE Step 1 resource. Let's get into it!

What's New with You?

This week felt like as close to perfection as you can get!! This is honestly my last summer (forever, ugh!!), so I am taking advantage of ALL of the free time.

I hit the gym a few times this week after finally learning how to use the weight machines, and hit a major milestone on my weight loss journey. With all of the new exercise time, I am also taking time to recover and got the most amazing massage!

But the highlight of this week was THE BEACH! I did a day trip with my cousin early in the week, then I headed back this weekend for a family reunion with my paternal grandfather's side of the family. Earlier this week, I was listening to a radio segment on how Black family reunions have decreased recently. And let's be honest, as a kid, I used to not understand WHY I had to go (especially when they weren't in fun places)...but now that I am older, I recgonize how important family is, and I appreciate that we all make the time to get together and make memories!

- Morgan :)
